• If you wish to pay by Credit Card we can invoice you via paypal but a 3.9% Indonesian Paypal fee will be added and delivery is only made when invoice is paid. Or we can  invoice you via Midtrans payment link

DELIVERY TIMES

Order Before 11am = Same Day Delivery (1pm-5pm) | Orders 11am – 8pm = Next Day Delivery (1pm+)

• You must have payment ready on arrival.
• If you are not there to receive your delivery at the scheduled time your order will be automatically cancelled and returned. We can not wait for you. • We guarantee that the products are delivered fresh and are excellent quality.
• We do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns so please ensure you check the item specifics and are sure you are ordering what you want.
• Please ensure someone is home to collect your order and promptly refrigerate any cold goods.
• Once the items leave our store we are not responsible for their care (we use a third party delivery service).
• Communication between yourself and the driver is your responsibility.
• You must pay the driver on arrival. You pay him. He has already paid us.

• ALIVE TRIBE members will receive 10% discount on any classes at The Canggu Studio upon presentation of their QR code. QR code can be found in the email sent upon registration.
• Canggu Studio members will also receive a 10% discount at Alive Wholefoods Store upon presentation of their QR code.

• 10% promotion is not valid with any other offer and cannot be combined with other discounts.

BOTTLE AND JAR RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All jars and bottles originating from Alive Wholefoods Store are accepted .
• All jars and bottles must be pre-cleaned and have lids attached
• Eligible jars and bottles will incur a 2k store credit ( a maximum of 15 bottles or jars can be exchanged for store credit at one time.)
• Store credit can be used at your next purchase.
• Store credit cannot be used during Healthy Happy Hours or with any other promotion or store credit (As our system only allows one promo per transaction.)
