How to order, delivery and payment options

At Alive Wholefoods we stock over 1000 quality products and you can now enjoy Alive Wholefoods & Groceries at home with daily deliveries to loads of areas of the Island. We know shopping for food in Bali can be tiresome (the traffic alone is a nightmare), not to mention the quality of most supermarket food isn’t fab. We stock a huge range of fresh, local, organic where possible groceries and wholefoods and we deliver straight to your hotel or villa using Gojek. This means you can relax by the pool, read a book, spend more time enjoying your friends and family – all while doing your shopping and getting it delivered to you!

At this time we are currently using Go-jek to get your orders to you! With a shortage of staff on the Island at the moment we have found this to be more efficient and allows us to get your order to you quicker than if we use our own delivery drivers. It’s also more cost effective for you!

We are still offering FREE delivery to orders who qualify and fall within the free catchment areas – details below!


  • Shop by category or search for items you need.
  • Add your items to your cart and checkout (you’ll make payment at a later date -see below for payment options).
  • Order before 11am = you’ll get same day delivery (1pm-5pm) | Orders placed between 11am 8pm = next day delivery (1pm+)
  • Call Us or Whatsapp if you prefer to order over the phone we can be your personal shopping assistant and Whatsapp you back with photos of fresh produce and give you options that way.
  • We will contact you before delivery to ensure you/staff are there to accept goods and payment, and to confirm location & drop off times.
  • If we do not hear back from you within 1hr we will assume the order is cancelled, so please make sure you keep your phone nearby.
  • You also have the option to organise your own Gojek and shop using to GO SHOP feature in the app. This way your are in complete control of your order delivery time. 


Once we’ve received your order will will just check to make sure all items are in stock before getting back to you with the total amount payable – some items might need to be substituted or in the case of veggies, the total might be slightly less or more depending of the weight of the produce.

If you’ve ordered through the web or whatapp you’ll need to prepay for your shopping! You can do this via:

  • Local Bank Transfer
  • Credit card
  • Delivery is only made when invoice is paid.

If you’ve organised your own order using GOSHOP you can pay them using your Go Pay account or cash on delivery.


Please keep in mind – these times are a guide and sometimes there might be a delay (we’ll be sure to keep you updated!). On the flip side – if we can get the order to you sooner than expected we will do it!

  • If you are not there to receive your delivery at the scheduled time your order will be automatically cancelled and returned. We can not wait for you.   • Seminyak, Kerobokan

  • Bukit, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Ubud – (Case by case basis – it depends on availability of drivers – we also feel a bit sad to send off our beautiful produce on such a long trip as we can’t control the state it will be in when it gets to you).


Upon check out please provide us with your contact details including:

  • WhatsApp Number (we do not accept international numbers local number or whatsapp number only)
  • Full & Complete Address include any specific directions (we will need you to whatsapp the location)
  • Contact details of staff if they are accepting the order


  • We guarantee that the products are delivered fresh and are excellent quality.
  • We do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns so please ensure you check the item specifics and are sure you are ordering what you want.
  • Please ensure someone is home to collect your order and promptly refrigerate any cold goods.
  • Once the items leave our store we are not responsible for their care (we use a third party delivery service – GOJEK).
  • GOSHOP – You must pay the driver on arrival. You pay him. He has already paid us.


Some things are out of our control. On this beautiful Island we are faced daily with road closures, lack of drivers, ceremonies and festivals. And we are often super busy in the store. We will always get back to you at the earliest possible time.

Delivery times will probably be affected during busy seasonal times such as Galungan and Kuningan, New Years Eve etc and we know you’ll be patient and mindful of this too!

On the flip side – if we can get the order to you sooner than expected we will do it!
