Gluten Free Vegetarian – Sweet Potato (Frozen) is recommended to support your detox program, it’s Chock full of Fiber, Vitamins and Minerals.
Preparation Instruction :
- Defrost meal by moving from Freezer to Fridge overnight – 12 hours.
- Stovetop, Pour entire food content into a pot or pan, cook over low – medium heat on stovetop until desired temperature.
Or Microwave, Leave food inside the container (if in plastic tub, remove plastic sheet first) or pour content on a plate/bowl. Heat in Microwave for 1:30 – 2 min. Remove, Stir, and put back in another 1:30 – 2 min!
