Our Plain Yogurt is made using the whole cow’s milk and active live cultures. Because of its probiotics and whole composition this is a very beneficial product.
How do probiotics work?
The main job of probiotics, or good bacteria, is to maintain a healthy balance in your body. Good bacteria keep you healthy by supporting your immune function and controlling inflammation. It can also:
• Help your body digest food
• Keep bad bacteria from getting out of control and making you sick
• Create vitamins
• Help support the cells that line your gut to prevent bad bacteria that you may have consumed (through food or drinks) from entering your blood
• Breakdown and absorb medications
Like traditional European-style yogurts, it is slowly cultured into its jar.
The cupset fermentation technology has more advantages than vat-set’s, so this minimises yogurt exposure. The Yogurt is unstrained, which means all nutrients are kept, giving it a rich and creamy texture. Each jar is unique and not like the others.

This yogurt may release some whey since we do not add any “glue” additives in it.
No added sugar, milk powder, gelatine, palm oil, starch, as well as other thickeners, stabilisers or preservatives.
