Our bread is a fully proofed sourdough that consists of 3 ingredients ( flour, water &salt ) we use premium imported flours that come from GMO and pesticide free plantations. As we choose touse a long and slow fermentation process it allows us to achieve what we consider the beauty of bread, a deep flavour profile with dark crunchy crust and a airy moist crumb, its also a very easy bread to digest as most of the gluten has been broken down by natural microorganisms during the fermentation process
