The perfect combination of ingredients to keep you hydrated and nourished. The creaminess comes from the coconut milk, delish!
1–2 tbsp coconut syrup (can use maple syrup or sweetener of your choice)
1 tbsp spirulina powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional - your choice of protein powder
Place peeled avocado and orange in a blender, add the grated ginger, coconut or almond milk, syrup, spices, and spirulina.
Blend until creamy and smooth then pour into two glasses.
Optional – For much thicker smoothies add in 1 tbsp chia seed or 1 scoop protein powder into the mixx while blending. For creamier smoothies, add 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk.
Garish with granola, chia seeds, frozen berries, fresh fruit - anything that takes your fancy.
