GINGERBREAD OVERNIGHT OATS
We think Magda was inspired by our overnight Oats in this festive take on the classic! All the cosy Christmas flavours without the morning rush. These gingerbread overnight oats are creamy, high-protein and perfectly spiced, just grab from the fridge and go on your merry way.

INGREDIENTS
50 g oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or neutral)
1 tsp gingerbread spice
To make this Christmas spice blend (1/2tspn cinnamon, 1/4 tspn ginger, pinch of nutmeg & cloves)
1 tsp cacao powder
150 ml plant-based milk of choice (We like to use our Activated almond mylk)
2 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
To garnish: extra yoghurt, gingerbread spice + dried orange slices
METHOD
Add the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, gingerbread spice and cocoa powder to a jar or airtight container.
Pour in the milk and yoghurt, then stir well until everything is smooth and evenly blended.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2–3 hours to thicken.
In the morning, top with a dollop of yoghurt, a dusting of gingerbread spice and dried orange slices.
Enjoy your festive breakfast!
For extra crunch, add nuts or cacao nibs before serving.
Swap protein powder for more yoghurt if you prefer a lighter version.
