Tasty Chia Pudding & Fresh Figs

A super simple and super tasty recipe from Alive Tribe member @noe_bali_

Noe recommends making the puddings before bed and adding the toppings in the morning!

TIME SERVES DIFFICULTY
1 hour + Overnight fridge time 2

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup chia seeds

200ml full-fat coconut milk

250ml almond milk

2 tbsp maple syrup (Or if you’re in Bali you can use coconut syrup)

2 tsp cinnamon

2 banana, mashed

1 banana sliced (to top)

coconut flakes (to top )

Fresh figs ( to top )

Blueberries ( to top )

METHOD

Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, syrup, cinnamon and mashed banana together in a bowl.

Whisk until well combined.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.

Pour the chia puddings into 2 glasses and refrigerate overnight (3 hours will do if you are in a hurry to eat them 😉

Decorate with toppings of your choice.
